Nexus Loyal provides customer loyalty tools for participating businesses. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit nexusloyal.com, request a trial, or use a Nexus Loyal loyalty experience.
Information we collect
We may collect the details you submit, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business type, consent choices, and timezone. Loyalty programs may also record enrollment, visits, points, rewards, redemptions, messages, and related account activity. We collect basic device, browser, referral, and website usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and support trial workspaces, operate loyalty programs, provide account access, prevent abuse, communicate service information, honor communication preferences, measure performance, improve Nexus Loyal, and comply with applicable law. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that help us host the service, manage customer relationships, deliver email or text messages, secure accounts, and analyze performance. A business running a Nexus Loyal program can access information submitted to its program. We do not sell personal information for money.

Your choices
